Elmhurst Police Report License Violations

Driving with a Revoked License

Timothy L. Stewart, 41, 9319 S. Vernon, Chicago, was arrested and charged with driving with a revoked license, obstructing identification, speeding and having an obstructed view after a traffic stop at 3:13 a.m. April 19 at Crestview and York streets. Stewart provided officers a false date of birth. He was taken by medics to Elmhurst Memorial Hospital and then to DuPage County Jail.

Ryszard Wacki, 44, 232 Frederick Place, Wood Dale, was arrested and charged with driving with a revoked license, no valid registration and registration sticker not authorized for use after police stopped his Chevy Venture for expired registration at 6:40 a.m. April 22 at Lake Street and West Avenue. His license was revoked based on a prior DUI offense, police said. He was released on I-bond.

Driving with a Suspended License

Anthony Perez, 19, 585 W. Gunderson #204, Carol Stream, was arrested for driving with a suspended license and speeding after a traffic stop at North Avenue and Oak Street at 12:48 a.m. April 2.  A 17-year-old passenger in his vehicle, was in violation of curfew. They were released on bond.

Michael B. Urgo, 23, 1530 Grant St., Melrose Park, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license and a suspended registration at 12:36 a.m. April 5 at Roosevelt Road and Interstate 88. He was released on I-bond.

Ryan C. Peterson, 26, 2815 Virginia, Glenview, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license after a traffic stop at Industrial Drive and Larch Street at 9:51 a.m. April 10. He was released on bond.

Christopher C. Smith, 34, 218 Hyde Park Drive, Bellwood, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license and no insurance after a traffic stop at Butterfield Road and Comonwealth Avenue at 12:31 a.m. April 11. He was released on I-bond.

Santos R. Tolentino, 39, 1104 S. Route 53, Lombard, was arrested and cited for driving with a suspended license and driving with suspended registration after a traffic stop at 5:38 a.m. April 11 at St. Charles and Route 83. He was released on bond.

Vasilios Markou, 20, 1432 N. Third, Achison, Kan., was arrested and cited for driving with a suspended license after a traffic stop at 4:38 p.m. April 11 at York and Cayuga. He was released on I-bond.

Brittany Spence, 23, 3729 Grand Blvd., Brookfield, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license after a traffic stop for speeding at 10:03 a.m. April 12 at York and Industrial Drive. She was released on I-bond.

Michael E. Rott, 35, 453 N. Princeton Apt. L, Villa Park, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license after a traffic stop at 1:04 a.m. April 14 at North Avenue and Michigan Street. He was released on bond.

Yoko Y. Jackson, 37, 3544 W. Polk St. #1, Chicago, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license after a traffic stop at 5:40 a.m. April 14 at Roosevelt and Prospect. He was released on I-bond.

Ivan Navarette, 22, 2519 S. Highland Ave., Berwyn, was arrested and charged with driving on a suspended license and driving without insurance after a traffic stop at North and West Avenues at 12:27 a.m. April 17. He was released on I-bond.

Eric Rene Diaz, 22, 3310 Sarah St., Franklin Park, was arrested at 11:10 p.m. April 22 and charged with driving on a suspended license after a traffic stop for driving without headlights on eastbound Grand Avenue between Willow and Count Line roads. He was released on I-bond.

Robin P. Johnson, 20, 360 Stonegate Road, Bolinbrook, was arrested and charged with driving with an invalid license after a traffic stop at York and First streets at 12:53 a.m. April 23. She was released on I-bond.

Martin Contreras, 20, 1500 N. 25th, Melrose Park, was arrested for driving with a suspended license after a traffic stop at Roosevelt and York roads at 3:14 a.m. April 24. The license plate on the vehicle was registered to a Dodge Dakota, but Contreras was driving a Mercury Sable registered to Naperville CARES charity. Contreras also was charged with failure to signal, no insurance and improper use of registration. He was released on I-bond.

Daniel Reyes-Ramos, 31, 1S222 Danby St., Villa Park, was arrested for driving with a suspended license after a traffic stop at 2:43 p.m. April 24 at St. Charles and Monterey. He was released on bond.

Driving Without a License

Julia Galvan, 39, 2610 S. Kildare Ave. Apt. 2, Chicago, was arrested and charged with failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident, driving without a license and driving without insurance after a traffic accident at 3:26 p.m. April 5 at Route 83 and North Avenue.

A 16-year-old boy was arrested for driving without a license and disobeying a traffic control device at 3:53 p.m. April 5 at Route 83 and North Avenue. He was released to his father.

Mario Dvenez, 27, 3251 S. Hoyne, Chicago, was arrested and charged with driving without a license and driving without insurance after a traffic stop at Butterfield and Kirk Avenue at 1:12 a.m. April 7. He was released on bond.

Gregory J. Lampley, 29, 1428 Jill Court, Glendale Heights, was arrested and cited with driving without a license and driving without insurance after a traffic stop at York Road and Industrial Drive at 5:44 a.m. April 11. He was released on I-bond.

Jeronimo Lopez, 23, 125 Gerry Stevens #2A, Bensenville, was arrested and charged with driving without a license and no insurance after a traffic stop at 12:36 a.m. April 14 at Lake Street and Route 83. He was released on I-bond.

Pablo Flores, 63, 3624 S. Elmwood, Berwyn, was arrested and charged with driving without a license and driving without insurance after a traffic stop at 4:29 a.m. April 14 at Roosevelt Road and Route 83. He was released on I-bond.

Noberto Sanchez-Bautista, 53, 214 S. Myrtle, Villa Park, was arrested and charged with driving without a license after a traffic stop at 6:36 a.m. April 15 at St. Charles and Route 83. He was released on I-bond.

Gener Marroquin, 28, 112 Sonny Lane #2B, Bensenville, was arrested and charged with driving without a license and driving without insurance after a traffic stop at York and Grand at 10:37 p.m. April 16. Marroquin was released after posting bond.

Maria Diaz, 46, 1907 S. Euclid Ave., Berwyn, was arrested and charged with driving without a license and driving without insurance after a traffic stop at Grand Avenue and County Line Road at 11:34 p.m. April 16. She was released after posting bond.

Juan Campuzano, 25, 2854 S. Karlov #2, Chicago, was arrested and charged with driving without a license and driving without insurance after a traffic stop for speeding at 3:23 p.m. April 20 at North and Melrose. He was released on I-bond.

Celso H. Duran, 24, 2200 Euclid, Arlington Heights, was arrested an charged with driving with an invalid license after a traffic stop for speeding at 215 S. Route 83 at 3:56 a.m. April 23.
