Elmhurst Police Report Arrests for Battery, Disorderly Conduct, Harassment
The following arrest information was supplied by the Elmhurst Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.
Battery Arrest
Alan P. Chartrand, 49, 771 Longmeadow Court, Carol Stream, was arrested and charged with battery after an incident at Ingersoll-Rand, 131 W. Diversey, at 8 a.m. Feb. 9. He was released on I-bond.
Warrant Arrest
Larry Bebo, 52, 677 N. Michigan, Elmhurst, turned himself in on warrants out of DuPage and DeKalb counties at 9:45 a.m. Feb. 4 at the police station. He was taken to DuPage County Jail.
Disorderly Conduct
Michael Kerr, 23, 3105 Maple Leaf, Glenview, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct/public urination after police reportedly saw him urinating outside at 109 Schiller at 2:16 a.m. Feb. 5. He was released on I-bond.
Harassment
John R. Occonor, 43, 233 S. Villa Ave., Elmhurst, was arrested at his home on a failure to appear warrant for a DUI at 11:18 a.m. Feb. 6. While in custody, he also was charged with harassment via electronic communications for allegedly sending harassing text messages to a resident of Prospect Avenue. He was I-bonded on the harassment charge and taken to DuPage County Jail on the warrant.
