Elmhurst Police Arrest Drivers Without Valid Licenses

From the Elmhurst police reports Sept. 21-27.

 

Driving With a Revoked License

Spiro Bouzanis, 31, 471 W. Vallette, Elmhurst, was arrested and charged with driving with a revoked license after police pulled over his black Nissan Quest for failure to signal at Poplar and South at 8:53 a.m. Sept. 25. He was released on bond and his vehicle towed for forfeiture.

Driving With a Suspended License

Martin S. Vera, 21, 4925 W. Wolfram, Chicago, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license after police pulled over his gray Honda Civic for speeding at Grand and Lamont at 5:40 a.m. Sept. 21. He was released on I-bond.

Julia Rojas, 41, 726 W. Roy Drive Apt. 1A, Villa Park, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license after police pulled over her tan Honda Odyssey for disregarding a traffic control device at Route 83 and St. Charles Road at 4:56 a.m. Sept. 25. She was released on I-bond.

Monique Wallace, 39, 1102 N. Oakley Apt. 104, Westmont, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license after police pulled over her red Toyota Corolla for improper turn and disobeying a traffic control device at First and York at 5:25 p.m. Sept. 26. She was released on I-bond.

Pedro Saenz, 22, 2054 N. 18th, Melrose Park, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license after police pulled over his silver Mitsubishi Lancer for expired registration at North and Oak at 6:16 p.m. Sept. 27. He was released on I-bond.

Driving Without a License

Kelvin Wallace, 30, 1330 Arthur Ave., Berkeley, was arrested and charged with driving without a license after police pulled over his blue Chevrolet Cavalier for no valid registration at 944 S. York at 12:18 a.m. Sept. 21. He was released on I-bond.

Wilson F. Cifuentes, 20, 9 S. Wisconsin, Addison, was charged with driving without a license and failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident after his gray Mitsubishi Galant was involved in a three-car crash with an 18-year-old Elmhurst resident and a 54-year-old Aurora resident at Grand and Oaklawn at 7:12 p.m. Sept. 21.
