Wayne R., Fugett, 71, of Elmhurst, died Sunday, Sept. 29.
Mr. Fugett was a member of Elmhurst Elks and Moose lodges, and he served in the U.S. Navy.
Visitation will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday, Oct. 3, followed by a funeral service at 11 a.m. at Ahlgrim Funeral Home, 567 S. Spring Road.
