Daniel Patrick Novy, 32, of Elmhurst and Misericordia, died Sunday, Jan. 20.

Novy was the "singing waiter" at the Misericordia Greenhouse Inn, an avid Special Olympian and a budding artist.

Visitation will be held from 3 to 9 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 23, at Smith-Corcoran Funeral Home, 6150 N. Cicero Ave., Chicago. A funeral Mass will be held at noon Thursday, Jan. 24, at Misericordia Heart of Mercy, 6300 Ridge Ave., Chicago. Interment will be at Maryhill Cemetery.
