This truly is excellent work. Extremely smart, high-quality, professional video—in content, script and editing—from start to finish. A quick overview of top stories throughout the west suburbs. Great job, Sabrina, and all the Patch editors who contribute!

Thank you, Rick. I have to give props to the editors who covered the stories and took the time to shoot the video for the newscast today—Matt Hendrickson for keeping me updated on the sex assault story developments—the way he doggedly pursued the cops and parties involved for answers; Nick Swedberg for shooting more video than was required, allowing us to make a quick swap when the original video had audio problems—and his willingness to help get the footage we needed; Karen Chadra for visiting school after school to tell the Elmhurst budget story and Charlotte Ericksen for letting us know how significant the Hubble sale is to the Wheaton community. Thank you all, and thank you Rick for being a constant source of inspiration and encouragement.
