You're driving drunk and hit a tree at 3 o'clock in the afternoon? That's scary!
How do you release someone on bond when they give you a phoney drivers license? You know you won't be seeing them again.
Once we give drivers licenses to all the illegals they will go out and drive sober, purchase auto insurance and our roads will be safe once again. The Elmhurst police will have nothing to do!
