Couple Arrested for Exposing Themselves in a Window, 22-year-old Allegedly Drives 93 in a 55-mph Zone

UPDATE: The two counts against Scarlett Pucci were dismissed and her case was amended to a "disorderly conduct" charge, according to documents provided to Elmhurst Patch.
Kenneth Bednar, 55, 697 S. York Road, and Jill Bednar, 54, of the same address, were arrested for disorderly conduct after they allegedly exposed themselves in the front window of their home at 3:24 p.m. Nov. 17. They were both released on I-bond.
Driving 93 in a 55 mph Zone
Police pulled over a blue Suzuki Forenza driven by Marcel J. Geanes, 22, 1649 W. Juneway Terrace, Chicago, after police said Geanes was clocked doing 93 miles per hour in a 55-mph zone at 10:03 a.m. Nov. 18 at Roosevelt and Interstate 290. Geanes also was wanted on a warrant out of DeKalb County for failure to appear and was charged with driving without insurance. He was taken to DuPage County Jail.
Victor Alvares, 57, 1616 N. Monitor Ave., Chicago, was cited for public intoxication and possession of open alcohol in public at 691 N. York at 5:26 a.m. Nov. 17. Police assisting the fire department at a fire at the Waverton Hotel were notified by a passerby of a man passed out in the road. Police said Alvares, who was found lying halfway in the northbound lanes of York Road, was taken to the hospital. They discovered he also had a warrant for failure to appear on a traffic case out of Melrose Park. Police from Melrose Park picked him up from the hospital.
Allen Schroeder, 53, 757 S. York Road, was arrested and charged with public intoxication and possession of open alcohol in public at 360 N. York Road at 12:31 a.m. Nov. 19 He was taken to Elmhurst Memorial Hospital.
Jessica A. Bartels, 25, 2909 Washington St., Franklin Park, was arrested and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol after police pulled over her white Nissan Maxima for failure to signal and improper turn at York and North at 4:01 a.m. Nov. 19. She was released on I-bond.
Possession of Cannabis
Ronetta Abercrombie, 30, 507 W. Quincy, Maywood, was arrested and charged with possession of cannabis after police pulled over her vehicle for no seat belt at North and Melrose at 12:50 a.m. Nov. 16. She was released on I-bond.
Sean M. Kelly, 29, 110 Geroge St. Apt. 200, Bensenville, was arrested and charged with possession of cannabis after police on patrol saw him walking near York and Crestview at 2 a.m. Nov. 19. Police said he was carrying 23 grams of cannabis. He was released on I-bond.
Scarlett Pucci, 20, 511 S. Delphia, Park Ridge, was arrested and charged with possession of cannabis and possession of drug paraphernalia after Elmhurst police assisted with a drug investigation at Elmhurst College, 190 S. Prospect Ave., at 9:07 p.m. Nov. 19. She was released on I-bond.
Violation of Construction Hours
Jack R. Collins, 50, 8624 47th St. Apt. 1, Lyons, was cited for violation of construction hours for allegedly operating an excavator and a semi-dump truck on the 500 block of Linden Avenue at 6:16 p.m. Nov. 18. He was released on bond at the scene.
