Aggravated Assault, Public Urination and a 15-year-old Driving at 2 a.m. Among Incidents Reported by Police

A man was taken to Elmhurst Memorial Hospital after police pulled over a vehicle for speeding at 10:13 a.m. Aug. 15 at 260 N. York Road. The driver said she was taking the man to the hospital, and police called medics to check on the offender. When the medic asked the man what was bothering him, he slammed the vehicle door on the medic, striking his right shoulder and back. When police attempted to place him in custody, he became combative. Police are expected file charges for battery, aggravated assault and resisting a peace officer upon his release from the hospital.
Kevin M. Kenny, 28, 130 E. Grand Ave. #305, was cited for disorderly conduct after a police officer on patrol saw him urinating in the front lawn of a home on the 200 block of Winthrop at 11:39 p.m. Aug. 12.
Rochelle Reyngold, 26, 140 Lincoln Oaks Drive #1012, Willowbrook, was found to be wanted out of Westmont for failure to appear on charges of driving with a suspended license after a traffic stop at 4:06 a.m. Aug. 6 at Route 83 and Riverside Drive. She was released on bond.
A 15-year-old boy was cited for curfew, obstructing a police officer, driving without a license, driving without insurance and driving without headlights after police stopped the silver Honda Civic he was driving at 1:52 a.m. Aug. 14 at Addison and Second streets. He reportedly gave officers his brother's name when questioned. He was released on I-bond to his mother. A 15-year-old male passenger in the car also was found to be in violation of curfew. He was released to his mother.
Michael Morrison, 48, 247 E. North Ave., Elmhurst, was cited with public intoxication at 1:59 a.m. Aug. 14 at Cottage Hill and Adelaide. He was released on I-bond at the scene and taken home.
Consumption of Alcohol in Public
Felix Camacho, 31, 2334 N. Laramie, Chicago, and Javier Nunez-Garcia, 31, 5320 W. 21st, Cicero, were charged with consumption of alcohol in public at 5:45 p.m. Aug. 16 at 526 W. North Ave. They were released on bond.
