YMCA Basketball Hornets Are 2012 Champions

The Hornets eighth-grade boys basketball team, part of the Elmhurst YMCA Basketball League, won a hard-fought championship battle against the Spurs March 18 at York High School.
After a tough first half, the Hornets emerged victorious, with a 35-32 final score.
Hornet coaches are Jimmy Mix and Evan Rabens.
