Enjoy Summer Concerts in Wilder Park – Note Time Change

ELMHURST, Ill. – Want to enjoy a summer night of music under the stars?  Join the Summer String Orchestra, Elmhurst Summer Community Band and Jazz Band for summer concerts in Wilder Park at 7 p.m. (note time change.)  The Summer String Orchestra Concert is this Friday, July 15 at 7 p.m. in the Wilder Park Formal Gardens.  With 65 members ranging in age from 12-60, the Elmhurst Summer Community Band will feature a wide repertoire of selections at their outdoor concert in Wilder Park on Tuesday, July 19.  The Jazz Band will also perform for the community in Wilder Park on Tuesday, August 2.  Both ensembles are led by Michael Pavlik, Director of Bands and William Riddle, Department Chair for the Performing Arts at York High School.  For more information please call Wagner Community Center at (630) 993-8901.
