Volunteers are the backbone of the Elmhurst Park District, assisting the organization in achieving its recreational goals and contributing to the success of events, programs and promotions.

Some volunteer on a regular, long-term basis, others assist with short-term activities.

Volunteers can contribute to a variety of activities, including the fishing derby, Courts Plus open house, Polar Express, Abbey senior luncheons, Easter egg hunt, prairie restoration, Fall Fest, tree lighting, adopt a park and Art in the Park.
